Lettings Negotiator in Catford

You\’ll play a key part with matching tenants with their next home; through viewings and negotiations you\’ll build strong relationships over the phone and face to face. A desire to succeed and earn is vital in our lettings teams. Key tasks will involve:

Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying applicants to ensure you fully understand their requirements
• Generating and conducting viewings obtaining quality feedback
• Keeping landlords informed with updates on viewings, activity and developments related to their property
• Turn applicant interest into offers and guide negotiations into move ins with care and clarity
• A proven track record and confidence in estate agency to bring immediate value
• Outstanding communication that helps you build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a seamless experience for both applicants and landlords
• A genuine passion for forming and nurturing strong relationships
