We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Production Administrator to support daily manufacturing operations across at our Cheese & Cheese snacking production facility in Portadown. You’ll play a key role in workforce planning, record keeping in various systems and ensuring clear communication across the site team. This is full‑time fixed‑term contract. Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30.
What will I be doing?
- Support workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate and compliant record‑keeping.
- Produce labour reporting to support production performance and planning.
- Coordinate communications across the site, linking Production, HR, Planning, and external agencies.
- Help maintain smooth day‑to‑day coordination to keep operations running efficiently.
