You will rotate across operations, gain hands-on experience and complete structured learning with mentoring. Selection centres run in January 2027 and require in-person attendance.
You will work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, learn Lean and HACCP, and build your leadership and commercial capabilities for a long-term career at Kinisla.
