Kinisla is launching a two-year Graduate Programme in the UK designed to develop future leaders in our dairy and consumer foods business. It is a permanent, full-time role starting in September 2027, combining formal learning, hands-on operational experience and mentoring.
Participants will rotate across functions, work on projects and gain broad exposure to plant operations, Lean Manufacturing and HACCP training, preparing for more senior roles within Kinisla.
