You will support building management systems across our FM portfolio — Trend, Tridium Niagara and Schneider — keeping plant rooms efficient, compliant and visible to clients through our maintenance reporting.
The role
- — BMS planned maintenance, graphics updates and point-to-point checks
- — Energy optimisation: strategies, schedules and alarm rationalisation
- — Fault diagnosis to field and head-end level
- — Support small-works BMS upgrades on fit-out projects
- — Client reporting on performance and energy findings
What you bring
- — 2+ years hands‑on BMS experience (Trend, Niagara or Schneider)
- — Understanding of HVAC plant operation
- — Methodical documentation habits
- — Full UK driving licence
