The role
- Planned preventative maintenance to SFG20-aligned schedules
- Reactive and emergency callout response on a rota
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding on plant and building services
- Small works and remedials quoted and delivered
What you bring
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in electrical or mechanical discipline
- Experience on commercial or industrial FM contracts
- Full UK driving licence
