Kingthorne Group Practice is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and forward-thinking team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality patient care and are the lead practice for the Doncaster Primary Care Network. As a well-established training practice, we offer excellent support for professional development and encourage further education for all clinicians, staff and GP trainees. There is also the potential for future partnership for interested candidates.
Main duties of the job
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to the practice population.
- Work as an autonomous practitioner and make appropriate clinical decisions in response to presenting conditions.
- Contribute to the clinical workload and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.
- Adhere to practice policies, procedures and clinical governance requirements.
- Engage in audit, quality improvement and the development of best practice.
- Participate in practice meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
- Comply with the appraisal and revalidation processes.
