Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver outdoor learning activities
- Lead educational day visits, residential stays and family engagement programme
- Work closely with schools and community groups to develop tailored visit programme
- Deliver curriculum-linked learning activities for children and young people
- Evaluate learning outcomes and maintain high quality standard
- Support safeguarding, health and safety and risk management procedure
- Develop educational resources and learning environment
- Support the care and welfare of on-site animals and wildlife
- Contribute to community events and fundraising activities
- Promote the organisation's mission and values
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Level 4 qualification HLTA/QTS or other Teaching Qualification desirable
- Experience leading outdoor learning activities
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and the Primary National Curriculum
- Experience working within an educational setting
- Experience working with children with SEND
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence leading groups and supporting teams
- Passion for environmental and outdoor education
- Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with schools, families and partners
