Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Building Surveyor role based in London.

The role involves supporting senior surveyors in carrying out building surveys, technical due diligence inspections, and preparing clear, accurate reports for investors and asset managers.

Day-to-day tasks include inspecting properties, collecting and interpreting survey data, assisting with defect analysis, and contributing to recommendations on maintenance, compliance, and asset performance.

The Graduate Building Surveyor will collaborate closely with the advisory team, help prepare documentation for client presentations, and ensure survey outputs are aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
