Kingswood Primary School is seeking a highly organised and professional Administration Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a key front-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for pupils, families and visitors; ensuring every interaction reflects our welcoming, inclusive school community. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
  • Manage front‑office communications (phone, email, and in person)
  • Support pupil attendance and administrative systems
  • Maintain a safe and organised reception environment
  • Assist with admissions, records and general office duties
  • Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and GDPR requirements
