As our phlebotomist, you will be an important part of the clinical team by providing vital phlebotomy services to our patients.

Main duties of the job:

  • You will be assisting our GPs, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in the delivery of care management to our practice population.
  • You will need to be able to work independently and efficiently to deliver a high quality of care to our patients and will be fully supported by our excellent team of Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.

We are based in Swindon, operating as a Primary Care Network (PCN) in our own right, and are also part of the Brunel Group, offering opportunities to help shape clinical services for the wider community. KMG serves a patient population of approximately 29,000, covering some of the most deprived areas of Swindon. Our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We are a training and research practice, with GP trainers and a supportive environment for both experienced and newly qualified GPs, Pharmacists, and Nurses. Special interests and portfolio careers are actively supported and encouraged. Our clinical system is SystmOne, supported by our newly implemented Welby system for reporting, recall, and medicines management.
