You will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health specialist care to our patients. You will be expected to develop, plan, coordinate and deliver the service whilst working as part of the organisations multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job:

  • Offer ongoing follow up appointments to patients if deemed appropriate.
  • Carry out necessary risk assessments and refer patients where needed to secondary care services.
  • Signpost patients to available resources or activities.
  • Recommend psychological services and signpost accordingly to those patients who would benefit from such an approach.
