Camp Beaumont is a renowned, award‑winning UK‑based provider of multi‑activity day camps for children and teenagers aged 3 to 14. We operate during school holidays, including half‑terms, summer, and winter. We are looking for a Booking Agent to help with our busiest times for our summer camps.
You will be working on our bespoke booking system (training will be given) and dealing with a 3rd‑party booking portal.
- Part‑time contract from 22nd June through to 21st August
- Hybrid role – can be split between home based and our office in Mundon near Maldon
- 30 hours per week, approximately 5 hours per day
- Must be able to work on a Sunday
- Start time 7.30am – essential as bookings come in overnight

About the Role
As a Customer Experience Booking Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring bookings are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll work with our bespoke booking system (full training provided) and a third‑party booking portal, helping families secure places at our popular summer camps.
