Overview
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for great design and bringing ideas to life? We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help create exciting campaigns for our childcare brands, including Camp Beaumont and Twizzle Tops. From summer camp adventures and nursery promotions to social media campaigns and printed assets, you'll be designing creative content that helps families discover, trust, and engage with our brands. Working from supplied briefs, you'll bring together imagery, copy, and brand assets to create engaging marketing materials across digital and print channels. Reporting To: Marketing Manager & Head of Digital
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating eye-catching social media graphics and digital campaign assets
- Designing PPC adverts for Google, Meta, and display campaigns
- Producing email designs and marketing visuals
- Bringing campaign briefs to life using supplied imagery, copy, and brand assets
- Designing print materials including brochures, leaflets, banners, posters, and promotional materials
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and campaigns
- Managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Ensuring brand consistency across all creative output
What You'll Need
- A minimum of 2 years' professional graphic design experience
- Relevant experience within an agency, in-house marketing team, or similar commercial environment
- A portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills across digital and print
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience creating marketing assets from supplied briefs
- Experience designing both digital and print materials
- Basic animation or motion design skills are advantageous
- A strong understanding of layout, branding, typography, and visual communication
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
