Overview of the Wealth Planner role at Kingswood Group – based in Faversham. You will provide wealth and financial planning solutions to clients, ensuring each client, big or small, is given the right guidance and advice to make the correct financial decisions. Kingswood Holdings Limited (trading as Kingswood) is an AIM-listed integrated wealth management group, with more than 19,000 active clients and c. £9 billion of Assets under Management. It has a growing network of offices across the UK as well as offices in New York and Johannesburg. Clients range from private individuals to some of the UK’s largest universities. What You’ll Do
- You will form key client relationships and collaborate with Investment Managers to increase client engagement.
- Working directly with clients, providing a wide range of financial planning solutions and conducting annual reviews.
- Growing your client bank organically through referrals and developing relationships with professional connections.
- Prepare, present and implement advice recommendations and cash flow modelling reports.
- Responsible for some general administrative tasks as part of the scope for this role.
- Liaising directly with the Client Liaison Administrators and Paraplanners to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain competency via successful completion of your required CPD hours.
- You’ll also receive full access to a market-leading App, Kingswood Go, where you’ll be able to refer and promote within your own client base.
This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to undertake any other task as reasonably requested by your line manager where appropriate training and/or guidance is provided.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified to a minimum of level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning.
- Experience in managing private client relationships and providing financial advice.
- Knowledge across a range of products and asset classes.
- The ability to work with clients across all wealth bands and provide the very best support and guidance to clients with little to no financial knowledge.
- Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail and experience of dealing with multiple currencies.
