You must have at least 5 years direct experience working with clients to provide holistic wealth and financial planning solutions. We are seeking an empathetic individual who is prepared to go the extra mile to support and serve our long-standing clients. This role will be based out of our Egham office where you’ll join a very passionate and talented group of individuals!
Kingswood Holdings Limited (trading as Kingswood) is an AIM-listed integrated wealth management group, with more than 19,000 active clients and c. £9 billion of Assets under Management. It has a growing network of offices across the UK as well as offices in New York and Johannesburg. Clients range from private individuals to some of the UK’s largest universities. The Group’s vision is to become a leading global provider of trusted wealth planning and investment management solutions to clients, underpinned by investment in people and innovation in technology to support our advisers and clients.
What you’ll do as a Wealth Planner:
- You will form key client relationships with around 70 clients ranging from medium net worth to ultra-high net worth portfolios.
- Working directly with clients, providing a wide range of financial planning solutions and conducting annual reviews whilst providing that extra support and guidance.
- Grow your client bank organically through referrals and developing relationships with professional connections.
- Prepare, present and implement advice recommendations, cash flow modelling reports and provide bespoke servicing that is tailored to each individual client.
- Responsible for some general administrative tasks as part of the scope for this role.
- Working directly with a named Client Liaison Administrator and Paraplanner to ensure a first-class client experience.
In addition to these responsibilities, you’ll also receive full access to a market-leading App, Kingswood Go, where you’ll be able to refer and promote within your own client base. This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to undertake any other task as reasonably requested by your line manager where appropriate training and/or guidance is provided.
What we are looking for:
- Qualified to a minimum of Chartered in Regulated Financial Planning.
- Experience in managing private client relationships and providing financial advice.
- Knowledge across a range of products and asset classes.
- The ability to work with clients across all wealth bands and providing support and guidance to clients with little to no financial knowledge.
- Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail and experience of dealing with multiple currencies.
- Experience in managing relationships and handling sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
We provide a clear and transparent bonus structure for acquiring new clients and boosting your retention of existing clients. Here at Kingswood Group, we’re all about our people and are committed to recruiting and maintaining a diverse workforce. We celebrate, recognise, and appreciate our differences, irrespective of background, race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. We’re continually learning and improving our processes and policies to ensure an inclusive culture for all our employees. That’s why upon joining Kingswood, you’ll be able to contribute to our overall values to continue to make us one of the best places to work.
