Kingswood Group is pleased to partner with a growing London-based firm to recruit an HR Business Partner. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the office, and offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of HR on both day-to-day HR operations and strategic people initiatives.

  • Work closely with senior leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle while maintaining legal compliance, high standards of HR operations, and a strong focus on employee experience.
  • Oversee complex employee relations matters.
  • Run the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy.
  • Oversee employee rewards, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are regularly updated and compliant.

Experience as an HRBP in fast-paced settings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects and implement improvements.
  • Proficient in HR systems, preferably Access PeopleHR.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting within daily HR operations.
