Kingswood Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team. The role is based in central London and is hybrid with a requirement of at least three days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across regions, ensuring a proactive, high-quality HR service.
- Advise on complex employee relations matters, driving fair and compliant outcomes.
- Own and evolve HR policies, ensuring legal compliance globally.
- Oversee performance management processes and support manager capability.
- Manage benefits administration and contribute to reward and benchmarking cycles.
- Conduct thorough, confidential workplace investigations.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with measurable impact.
- Deliver key HR projects aligned with global business goals.
Experience & skills required:
- Strong generalist experience at a similar level, with experience managing and developing junior team members.
- Strong UK employment law knowledge; experience with US law essential.
- Skilled in coaching, communication, and influencing at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop policies, lead investigations, and ensure compliance.
- Track record of delivering HR projects from concept to completion.
- CIPD Level 5+ preferred.
- Builds strong relationships across all levels and thrives in fast-paced environments.
