Our client is looking for a Head of People to join their Leadership Team at a London-based professional services firm. The Head of People will oversee the design and implementation of people strategies that nurture the firm’s culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Acquisition and manage the end-to-end hiring process
- Develop and execute initiatives for leadership growth and succession planning
- Manage HR operations and ensure compliance with employment law and policies
- Lead People Strategy and align people initiatives with company goals
- Develop culture and champion well-being, engagement, and company values
Experience required:
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management or HR leadership positions
- Proven expertise in organisational design and cultivating company culture
- Track record of successfully scaling HR processes in dynamic, high-growth environments
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- CIPD certification (preferred)
- Skilled in both strategic planning and hands-on implementation
