Role
We are looking for an outstanding Teacher of Maths to join our successful Maths faculty. You must be dedicated and committed to personal development.
You will need to have high expectations of your students and yourself with a determined approach to ensuring every child can succeed irrespective of circumstance. You will be supported by one of the strongest Trusts in the region offering exceptional professional development and a commitment to growing and supporting talent. You will join a staff body who are fun, dedicated, hardworking and professional. We will work together to support you in reaching your potential.

Responsibilities
- Teach Maths to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 as part of the academy’s maths faculty.
- Maintain high expectations for all students and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Engage in professional development opportunities offered by the Windsor Academy Trust and support the growth of others in the faculty.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons and ensure progress for every student.
- Support safeguarding and wellbeing in line with academy policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Qualified teacher with entitlement to teach Maths at secondary level.
- Applications from ECTs welcome.
- Committed to personal and professional development and to working within a strong Trust framework.
- Understanding of safeguarding requirements and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
