The Headteacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint teaching assistants who have energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation who are also organised and flexible, to work as part of the Kingsway teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our happy and successful school as a Teaching Assistant and work with a fantastic team from autumn 2026.

Kingsway Primary School is representative of a diverse community in the Braunstone and Thorpe Astley area and we work hard to make sure that our curriculum is reflective of the experiences and families of the children who come to our school. In fact, our favourite jewel value is ‘Welcome everybody and working together’.
We are a busy school with 315 children on the main primary school site and a further 12 children in our specialist SEMH provision; Shine @ Kingsway. We have an excellent relationship within our community and enjoy strong links with other schools in the LiFE MAT. We were proud to maintain our ‘Good’ Ofsted rating at our last inspection.
