Why join the Minster Trust for Education?

The successful candidate will benefit from:

  • A highly supportive Trust committed to school improvement and leadership development.

  • Access to experienced school improvement professionals and school leaders.

  • A strong collaborative network across our family of schools.

  • Opportunities to contribute to Trust-wide developments and influence educational practice beyond your own school.

  • A Trust that invests in professional development and values the wellbeing of its staff.

  • A range of employee benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and values-driven leader who is ready to embrace both the opportunities and challenges of leading Kingsway Primary School.

If you are passionate about improving outcomes for children, developing people and building a culture where pupils and staff flourish, we would love to hear from you. A Job Description and Person Specification are provided with this advert.
