The predicted salary is between 32916 - 43607 Β£ per year.

Working closely with the SEND team, pastoral colleagues, families and external professionals, you will coordinate SEND administration, medical provision and student welfare support. You will oversee healthcare plans, medical records, EHCP review processes and support arrangements, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, compliant and responsive to student needs. This varied role combines administration, coordination and direct student support, making a real difference to the educational experience and wellbeing of some of our most vulnerable learners.

What We Are Looking For

  • Has experience working with children and young people.
  • Can manage confidential information sensitively and maintain accurate records.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive relationships with students, families, staff and external agencies.
  • Has experience coordinating meetings, documentation and support processes.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and supporting vulnerable learners.
  • Has a First Aid qualification or is willing to undertake training immediately.
  • Ideally has experience within a school, SEND, pastoral or medical support setting and knowledge of EHCP processes, healthcare plans and safeguarding procedures.
  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
