This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our newly developed support base, Seacole — a nurturing and inclusive provision designed to help students with additional needs successfully engage with mainstream education. Working across Key Stages 3 and 4, you will support students with a range of needs including SEMH and SEND, lead learning activities, deliver targeted interventions and provide high‑quality classroom support. This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in their career.

- Holds QTS (or equivalent) and a degree in English or a related subject
