Working closely with students, families, form tutors and senior leaders, you will provide high-quality pastoral leadership and ensure that every student feels supported, valued and able to thrive. What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiastic and resilient individual who has experience working with young people and supporting their welfare, behaviour and personal development.
- Can lead and manage pastoral processes such as attendance, punctuality, behaviour and safeguarding.
- Builds strong, positive relationships with students, parents/carers and external agencies.
- Is organised, proactive and confident in managing sensitive situations professionally.
- Works effectively as part of a team and can use their own initiative.
- Shares our commitment to inclusion, high expectations and student success.
Experience of working in a school or similar setting is desirable, as is training in pastoral support, counselling strategies or leadership.
