Are you passionate about using data to amplify student voices and make a meaningful difference to the student experience? Kingston Students’ Union (KSU) is looking for a Data & Insight Assistant (Student Voice) to support how we collect, understand and act on student feedback and engagement data.
Working within the Student Voice & Insight Team, you’ll play an important role in helping KSU understand the experiences, views and needs of our students. Working closely with the Student Voice & Insight Manager and Research Analyst, you’ll support the development of effective student voice and feedback systems, maintain and develop student engagement data, and help turn data into meaningful insights that strengthen student representation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, is interested in student voice and engagement, and wants to develop their skills in data analysis and visualisation. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the Union and the wider university, helping ensure that student feedback and insight can inform evidence-based decision making and contribute to positive change for students.
