Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them navigate challenges during their university journey? Kingston Students’ Union (KSU) is looking for an Advice & Enquiries Assistant (Student Voice) to join our Academic Advice Service, which provides free, independent and impartial advice to students on issues affecting their studies.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of the Advice Service by:

  • Responding to student enquiries
  • Monitoring the Advice inbox
  • Contacting students to gather feedback
  • Maintaining accurate case records
  • Updating Advice Pro
  • Supporting our Advisors in providing an effective and student-focused service

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Union and University, handling sensitive information responsibly and in line with GDPR requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who is empathetic, organised, confident communicating with students and interested in developing a career in case management or client support.
