Senior Finance Officer (Senior Officer) in Sunderland

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join our growing fast-paced finance team based at Kingston Park.

• 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
• Working from home up to 2 days per week, after 6 months probation period

About the Finance Officer Role:

• Preparing annual service charge budgets to agreed timescales
• Preparing annual service charge accounts to agreed timescales
• Issuing service charge and ground rent demands
• Educated to GCSE standard including English and Maths at a minimum Grade C
• Sound experience of financial management systems
• Experience of providing financial services within a customer-focused environment
• A working knowledge of financial procedures
• A sound understanding of modern accounting procedures and techniques including Excel
• Recent experience of working in finance within Property Management
• A working knowledge of Qube software
