Salary: Up to £37,691 per annum (inclusive of car allowance) and circa £40,000 per annum (inclusive of car allowance) for applicants who are MTPI qualified.

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

About the Property Manager Role:

As a Property Manager, the role will involve managing a portfolio of developments across the North East and Yorkshire area as well as other general day to day leasehold management activities. It is therefore essential that you possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience of block management, budget monitoring and working in a performance focussed environment.

If you have excellent communication skills, a team focussed approach to work and are keen to work towards professional qualifications in Leasehold management, we want to hear from you.

Your Experience:

  • An interest in property, have previous block management experience in a similar role and keen to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales
  • Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in using IT systems
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Enthusiastic team player

Essential:

  • Educated to GCSE/O Level equivalent including Maths and English Grade C/4 or above
  • Experience or working in a performance focused environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

Desirable:

  • Good understanding of and commitment to Health & Safety
  • TPI Qualifications
