About the Property Management Officer Role:

As a Property Management Officer, the role will involve managing a portfolio of less complex developments across the North East and Yorkshire area as well as other general day to day leasehold management activities. It is therefore essential that you possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with customers and working in a performance focused environment.

If you have excellent communication skills, a team focused approach to work and are keen to work towards professional qualifications in Leasehold management, we want to hear from you.

  • An interest in property and keen to learn new skills.
  • Educated to GCSE/O Level equivalent including Maths and English Grade C/4 or above.
  • Experience of working in a performance focused environment.
  • Experience of budget monitoring.
