Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

About the Assistant Property Manager Role:

As an Assistant Property Manager, the role will involve supporting a team of Property Managers in the delivery of excellent, consistent and responsive customer service. It is therefore essential that you possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience of block or property management, experience of working in an administrative role and excellent IT skills.

If you have excellent communication skills, a team-focused approach to work and are keen to work towards a professional qualification in Leasehold management, we want to hear from you.

Your Experience:

  • An interest in property, previous block or property management experience in a similar role and keen to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales.
  • Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in using IT systems.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Enthusiastic team player.

Essential:

  • Educated to GCSE/O Level equivalent including Maths and English Grade C/4 or above.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience of working in an administrative role.

Desirable:

  • Customer service experience.
