An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Operative to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team delivering general maintenance services to our portfolio throughout the North East.
As a Maintenance Operative you will deal with duties such as:
- Litter picking
- Sweeping
- Filling grit bins
- Emptying bins
- Inspecting playparks
- Weed spraying
- Testing fire/smoke alarms
- Changing light bulbs
- Minor repairs
- Other duties
If you have excellent communication skills, a team focused approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.
About the role:
Although part of a team you will need to be self-motivated to work alone, driving from site to site to carry out your tasks. A company van will be provided (for business use) so a full clean driving license is essential. Whilst a knowledge of H & S legislation is required there will be additional mandatory training forming part of this role.
