An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Advisor to join our Central Services Team at Kingston Park. As a Customer Advisor you will deal with a wide range of administrative duties arising from customer queries and sale related requests. If you have excellent communication skills, a team focussed approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.
About the role:
- Full Time (37 hrs Monday to Friday)
- £25,023 per annum
- Fixed Term – One Year
About you:
- Experience of call handling in a busy environment (preferably call centre/help desk)
- Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in using IT systems
- Positive can-do attitude
