The role of a House Manager will involve effectively and professionally managing the day to day running of an independent living development for the over 60s.
Role Benefits:- 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full time employees; pro-rata to part time employees.

- Performing weekly fire alarm tests.
- Essential:
- A good standard of general education.
- Experience of working with the public.
- Ability to recognise diverse customers' needs and to communicate with customers orally and in writing, effectively.
- General knowledge of maintained services in communal buildings.
- Desirable:
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- Computer skills for communication.
- Experience of liaising with contractors and service providers.
- An ability to see the wider picture and contribute across disciplines.
