Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage a team on a day-to-day basis
- Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor team productivity and performance against KPIs
- Provide guidance, coaching and constructive feedback
- Conduct regular team 1:1s and support employee development
- Ensure agreed service levels and productivity targets are achieved
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or operational issues
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensure company procedures and standards are followed
- Maintain a positive, professional and inclusive working environment
- Lead by example and support the team during busy periods
About You
- Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or similar leadership experience
- Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, retail or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to motivate and develop a team
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- A positive and professional attitude
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Good IT skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with warehouse management systems or stock management systems would be advantageous

Shift Pattern
There are two shift options available: Rotating AM/PM - £31,031 per annum 1 week AM / 1 week PM AM: 6:45am - 2:45pm PM: 2:45pm - 10:45pm Thursday PM: 2:30pm - 10:30pm PM Shift Only - £31,431 per annum PM: 2:45pm - 10:45pm Thursday: 2:30pm - 10:30pm Both options are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will need to be flexible during peak periods, when occasional weekend working may be required.
