Responsibilities
- To become an integral and pro-active member of the team.
- Be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to the production team and recording transactions on their Management Information System.
- Estimating (using Tharstern).
- Communicate with clients, as well as with production and estimating departments to ensure core objectives are met.
- You will be required to understand customer needs and support their current account base.
- Balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad-hoc changes.
- Take ownership of projects, and proactively manage work in progress.
- Clear communication is imperative in your management of accounts.
- Good working knowledge and practical understanding of lithographic printing, digital printing, large format printing, finishing as well as general print production.
Qualifications
- Be able to generate effective solutions and added value to both meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
- Experience with or interest in award-winning Digital, Litho B2, and Large Format Print environments.
