Kingston School of Art is looking to recruit a Faculty Executive Support Coordinator who will provide experienced, professional and confidential executive support for members of the Faculty Leadership Team (FLT).

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to the Faculty Leadership Team.
  • Manage general office duties and estates.
  • Undertake project work as required.
  • Support day‑to‑day functioning of the faculty.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a personal assistant in Higher Education.
  • Highly organised, methodical and flexible approach.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and commitment to delivering a high level of service to senior staff.

Position Details
