Kingston School of Art is seeking a part-time Faculty Support Administrator to provide proactive administrative support to assigned Heads of Department within the faculty. The role includes calendar management, minute taking, data entry, booking travel, finance processing and supporting several projects, with focus on maintaining multiple systems and assisting in the organisation of faculty events.

The successful candidate will have prior administrative experience in a busy office, strong IT skills.
