Kingston School of Art is looking to recruit a part-time Faculty Support Administrator who will provide proactive administrative support to assigned Heads of Department within the faculty. The role is varied and includes calendar management, minute taking, data entry, booking travel, finance processing and providing support on a number of projects. Strong organisational skills are critical as the requirement will be to maintain a number of operational systems and support in the organisation of faculty events.

The successful applicant will have previous administrative experience within a busy office environment, strong IT skills and be proactive and confident in their approach with meticulous attention to detail. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively at all levels, providing excellent customer service with a flexible and responsive attitude. Knowledge of higher education is desirable.

This vacancy is for a permanent, part-time position (29.60 hours per week which is 0.8 FTE), with a starting salary of £23,582.40 per annum.
