We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and highly organised Senior Faculty Digital Media and Events Coordinator to help raise the profile of the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences through engaging digital content, impactful campaigns and memorable events.

Reporting to the Faculty Operations Manager, this varied and rewarding role will see you lead the development of compelling social media content, coordinate and promote key Faculty events, and create communications that connect with prospective and current students, alumni, staff, accreditation bodies, external partners and other influential stakeholders.

Your work will play a vital role in enhancing the faculty's brand, growing engagement and supporting our strategic ambitions.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Creating high-quality, engaging content across social media and digital platforms.
  • Planning, promoting and delivering a diverse programme of Faculty events and experiences.
  • Developing campaigns that raise the visibility of our Schools, celebrate achievements and strengthen external engagement.
  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, alumni and external partners.
  • Monitoring and evaluating campaign and event performance to maximise impact and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days per week on campus across our Kingston Hill and Penrhyn Road sites.

Due to the nature of the role, occasional evening may be required to support events and key activities.

We're looking for a creative and proactive communications professional with experience in social media management, content creation and event delivery.

You'll be a confident communicator with excellent writing skills, a keen eye for engaging digital content, and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Highly organised and results-driven, you'll be comfortable managing multiple projects, analysing performance data, and delivering campaigns and events that make a measurable impact.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £39,407.00 per annum.
