This is an exciting research opportunity to work atRoyal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBK) under the leadership of Principal Investigator Dr. Danielle Solomon, Consultant in Public Health Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and Mary Halter, Associate Professor at Kingston University.
The research project title is Researcher in Residence programme to support academic collaboration between RBK Public Health and Kingston University.This researcher-in residence pilot initiative will enable a post-doctoral researcher to work collaboratively across RBK and Kingston University, strengthening research–practice partnerships and contributing to priority public health projects for the borough.
You will lead one or more applied research projects identified by RBK Public Health, scoping, designing, and delivering work that addresses local needs, work towards an external research bid and contribute expertise to ad-hoc public health initiatives requiring academic insight.
This placement provides a unique opportunity to generate real-world impact, expand collaborative networks, and shape future research aligned with local priorities. The post-holder will remain employed by Kingston University whilst working with RBK.

This position is located at Kingston Hill campus however majority of the time will be spent at the Royal Borough of Kingston.
