Are you passionate about creating impactful development experiences and working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver innovative programmes at scale?

Kingston University is seeking an Assessment Centre Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our Future Skills programme, helping undergraduate students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their future careers.

Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end design and delivery of Development Day events for second year undergraduate students.
  • Lead development of delivery frameworks and assessment approaches.
  • Coordinate complex stakeholder relationships across academic, employer, alumni, and professional services teams.
  • Oversee event delivery, monitor progress, identify risks and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Highly organised and proactive professional with experience designing and delivering assessment centres, development programmes or large‑scale engagement initiatives.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities, building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and driving progress in a complex, evolving environment.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of graduate recruitment processes and assessment centre methodologies, together with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering an outstanding participant experience.

Department

The Department for Student Development and Graduate Success operate across the student lifecycle to design and deliver equitable, enriching and skills‑developing experiences for students from pre‑applicants all the way through to graduates.

We work in close partnership with academics, employers and civic organisations to ensure a holistic student‑centred development journey.

This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £45,025 per annum.

While we welcome applications from candidates with varying notice periods, our preference is for the successful applicant to start in post from September 2026.
