The Role
The Faculty Support Administrator is a key role to ensure the faculty operates smoothly and meets strategic objectives. It plays a crucial role in promoting a positive work culture through practical day-to-day activities, fostering collaboration and communication, and enhancing the reputation of the faculty.
The role is focused on ensuring effective and efficient administration of one of the Schools and Departments within the faculty, providing diary management to Head of School and support for the smooth running of this school and faculty office. This role provides highly effective and customer oriented support to staff in the faculty. The role is to coordinate a variety of functions and to work flexibly as part of the Faculty Operations Support Team.
The Person
We are looking for someone who excels in working cooperatively and collaboratively with others and can build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to plan and organise effectively, using your own initiative where appropriate and delivering to deadlines whilst maintaining quality and keeping an eye on the detail. You will be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, proficient in Office 365, with experience of applying standards and procedures in Finance and HR, and working knowledge of administrative processes and diary management.
