Kingston School of Art is looking to recruit a Faculty Executive Support Coordinator who will provide experienced, professional and confidential executive support for members of the Faculty Leadership Team (FLT).
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to the Faculty Leadership Team.
- Manage general office duties and estates.
- Undertake project work as required.
- Support day‑to‑day functioning of the faculty.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a personal assistant in Higher Education.
- Highly organised, methodical and flexible approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent collaborative skills and commitment to delivering a high level of service to senior staff.
Position Details
This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £34,007 per annum. Interviews are expected to be held on Monday, 08 June 2026.
