This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £34,007 per annum. Interviews are expected to be held on 22nd/23rd (TBC) September 2025.

The Role

Kingston School of Art is looking to recruit a Faculty Executive Support Coordinator who will provide Personal Assistant (PA) support to the Faculty Leadership Team. Previous experience of diary management is essential, as well as good working knowledge of administrative procedures and processes. Knowledge and experience of Higher Education or public sector administration is desirable.

You will manage schedules, meetings, deal with correspondence and book travel to ensure smooth operations, allowing executives to focus on their core responsibilities. Supporting the FLT requires quick thinking and flexibility to adapt your workload throughout the day, to meet requirements. This role requires exceptional organisation, discretion and flexibility.

As a key member of the Faculty Office, you will contribute to the overall efficient running of the faculty, providing a highly efficient and effective administrative service to the faculty leadership team and Heads of School, covering for absent team members when required. There will be opportunities to become involved in project work as part of your daily role and responsibilities, whether this be supporting events or overseeing logistics.

The Person

We are looking for a professional, friendly, self-motivated, and pro-active team player. You will be working in an inclusive environment alongside a small but friendly team that supports one another through the day to day running of the faculty office.

You will have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, and a confident and proactive approach to your work. The ability to build good working relationships across the faculty and university is essential, and listening effectively and responding sensitively to others is important. You will work closely with the Faculty Support Manager and the other Executive Support Coordinators.
