Electrician / Plumber / HVAC / Multiskilled Maintenance Technician – Building Maintenance Location : Kingston, KT1 2EE Salary : £37,400 - £38,500 per annum + circa £1,200 per annum for on call Benefits : 28 Days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme Employer’s contribution up to 6 %, Life Assurance, Excellent training and development opportunities, Uniform and Tools provided. You’ll bring your core trade expertise while working collaboratively across disciplines to deliver a high-quality service. As our Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across campus buildings Diagnosing faults and carry out repairs across a wide variety of areas including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems focussing on your area of expertise Working across trade disciplines to support the wider team and maintain service continuity Using CAFM (Planon) and BMS systems to log work and monitor building performance Collaborating with colleagues, contractors, and university staff to deliver efficient maintenance services Ensuring all work is completed in line with health
