We are seeking an Education Liaison Coordinator to join the Education Liaison and Outreach Team. This position supports the work of the Education Liaison and Outreach team in their outreach initiatives outlined in our Access and Participation Plan (APP), particularly our Access commitments.

Projects include:

  • Providing logistical support to the Education Liaison and Outreach Team
  • Leading the development and delivery of the Outreach newsletter
  • Coordination of our Higher Education Fair attendance
  • Monitoring queries through our central inbox

With proven administrative experience, you will possess strong organisational skills and have excellent attention to detail, with an ability to effectively manage your workload ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard. You will have excellent communication, literacy and IT skills and possess a good understanding of stakeholder and customer relations management. You will have strong IT and analytical skills, including MS Suite.

Finally, you have an understanding of Widening Participation practice and the issues relating to the progression of underrepresented student groups to Higher Education. The wider directorate’s key aim within the strategy is to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for all current and future students to ensure they are “sought after”, supporting their participation, attainment, and success before, during and after their time at Kingston. This in turn will create a culture of high performance that is inclusive, innovative, ambitious and enterprising.

The team’s primary objective is to achieve agreed student recruitment targets and contribute to the whole University’s recruitment and admissions functions ensuring good ROI and a first-class student experience throughout the applicant journey.

This is a full time, fixed-term position until 9 October 2026, with a starting salary of £34,007 per annum. Interviews are expected to take place in person on Monday, 15 June 2026. Informal enquiries can be directed to Katie Willis, Education Liaison and Outreach Manager.
