Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm, 37 hours per week

KUSCO (Kingston University Service Company Ltd) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Kingston University, established in December 1997. It is a non-profit making organisation providing facility management services to Kingston University.

We are now recruiting for a Building Service Engineer to join our team, carrying out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance works to the site! You must record all works on a PDA; Planon is the CAFM system we operate.

Responsibilities:
  • Plumbing issues, keeping the facilities operational, completing PPMs
  • AHU Maintenance, AC troubleshooting
  • Utilising mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair systems
  • Understanding logic controllers and interpreting building drawings
  • Supervising maintenance tasks and contractors
  • Resolving technical issues which arise
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to Kingston University Students and Staff
Qualifications:
  • Previous Maintenance Experience: 5 years (preferred commercial environment)
  • Team player
  • Proficient in English for effective communication
  • Possess mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Experience with logic controllers and interpreting building O&Ms
  • Work on your own, carry out maintenance activities, completing PPMs
  • Driving Licence (Use of the call out vehicle)
