KUSCO (Kingston University Service Company Ltd) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Kingston University, established in December 1997. It is a non-profit making organisation providing facility management services to Kingston University.
We are now recruiting for a Building Service Engineer to join our team, carrying out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance works to the site! You must record all works on a PDA; Planon is the CAFM system we operate.
Responsibilities:- Plumbing issues, keeping the facilities operational, completing PPMs
- AHU Maintenance, AC troubleshooting
- Utilising mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair systems
- Understanding logic controllers and interpreting building drawings
- Supervising maintenance tasks and contractors
- Resolving technical issues which arise
- Delivering exceptional customer service to Kingston University Students and Staff
- Previous Maintenance Experience: 5 years (preferred commercial environment)
- Team player
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Possess mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Experience with logic controllers and interpreting building O&Ms
- Work on your own, carry out maintenance activities, completing PPMs
- Driving Licence (Use of the call out vehicle)
