Position Summary: Responsible for the preparation and administration of Kingston's commercial contracts and for supporting key compliance functions. The post holder plays a central role in export control compliance and anti-bribery governance, while also assisting with anti-counterfeit activity, data protection administration and general compliance enquiries.
Essential Functions:
- Contract Administration
Administer customer contracts from initial drafting through to signature. Maintain and develop the contracts database. Manage the contract negotiation process, referring complex legal or commercial matters to the line manager or VP Sales.
