Are you a detail-driven Quality Controller with experience in a manufacturing environment? Do you take pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring products meet exact specifications? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded manufacturing business, is seeking a Quality Controller to join their manufacturing facility in East Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining quality excellence across the production process.

The Role

As Quality Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing quality across the entire production process, ensuring all products meet specification and compliance standards before leaving the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting quality checks on incoming materials, including visual inspections and measurements
  • Ensuring all finished goods are compliant with design specifications and requirements
  • Carrying out in-process inspections throughout production to verify correct materials and fixings are used
  • Capturing photographic evidence of critical components as part of quality assurance processes
  • Inspecting completed products and producing snagging lists where required
  • Generating non-conformance reports and supporting corrective actions
  • Supporting site installation audits and internal audits when required
  • Ensuring Health and Safety standards are adhered to
